Contract 26272387

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a purchase order by Brenham State School - 688 in Texas on June 18, 2026, under contract number TXMAS-25-45002. The awardee, located at 7950 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78758-8425, is supplying goods classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The contract value is $211.98, consisting of two line items identified as Grainger items, with one priced at $211.98 and the second at no additional cost. The purchase order was issued by the State of Texas, Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division, on behalf of the contracting organization.

The purchase order represents an offline sale transaction with a delivery date of June 18, 2026. The State of Texas claims exemption from federal excise taxes and sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the items are designated for exclusive use by a Texas public entity. While specific product descriptions are not detailed in the available documentation beyond the generic classification as Grainger items, the relatively modest contract value and single-day delivery window indicate this represents a routine maintenance or operational supply procurement for the state school facility.
