Contract 26271871

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger, located at 7950 Research Blvd., Austin, Texas, has been awarded a purchase order (PO No. 26271871) by the Texas Department of Transportation, Agency 601, under contract TXMAS-25-45002. The award was executed on June 18, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $592.60. The contract comprises two line items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000, both designated as Grainger items with a quantity of one unit each and a delivery date of June 18, 2026.

The specific products being procured are not explicitly detailed in the available documentation; however, the purchase order indicates that the State of Texas is acquiring material items through Grainger's established supply contract. The State of Texas has claimed exemption from all Federal Excise Taxes and State and City Sales Taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the property is being purchased for exclusive use by a state agency. The minimal contract value and single delivery date suggest this represents a discrete, limited-scope procurement rather than an ongoing supply arrangement.
