Contract 26238929

The City of McAllen, Texas (Contracting Organization M1080) awarded contract TXMAS-25-45002 to W.W. Grainger, Inc., doing business as Grainger, effective April 1, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement of Grainger items, with line items specifying quantities of one unit each. The cumulative contract value is fifty-six dollars ($56.00), with at least one line item reflecting a unit price of $56.17. A supporting government file (26238929-0.pdf, 14 kilobytes) was posted on the award date and contains additional contract documentation.

The specific products and detailed scope of work are referenced as generic "Grainger items" in the line item descriptions provided; however, complete product specifications and performance requirements are detailed in the supporting documentation file. The contract does not explicitly specify a performance period beyond the award date of April 1, 2026, nor does it delineate a specific geographic place of performance separate from the City of McAllen. Given the limited scope and minimal contract value, this award appears to represent a routine procurement of supplies or materials through an established vendor relationship.
