Contract 26238660

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), a state agency in Texas, awarded a contract to W.W. Grainger, Inc., doing business as Grainger, effective April 1, 2026. The contract, identified as TXMAS-25-45002, carries a cumulative value of twenty-seven dollars and involves the procurement of Grainger items. The contract documentation, maintained under reference number 26238660-0.pdf, was posted on the award date. Specific details regarding the period of performance, places of performance, and contract duration are not explicitly stated in the available documentation.

The contract line items indicate procurement of two Grainger items, each valued at one unit. The first line item is priced at $27.67 per unit. The second line item does not display a unit price in the provided documentation. Given the minimal cumulative contract value and limited scope of the line items, this award appears to represent a routine operational or supply procurement rather than a major capital or service delivery engagement. Additional details regarding the specific nature of the Grainger items, delivery locations, and performance requirements would require review of the supporting government file referenced in the award documentation.
