Contract 26237267

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Agency 601, awarded a purchase order to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger on March 31, 2026, under the TXMAS-25-45002 contract. The awardee, located at 7950 Research Blvd., Austin, Texas 78758-8425, was contracted to supply two Grainger-classified items under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The total contract value is $171.94, representing a single purchase transaction rather than an ongoing service engagement.

The purchase order specifies delivery to the United States and covers tangible personal property for exclusive state use, with the State of Texas claiming tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). While specific product descriptions are not detailed in the available documentation, the line items indicate standard industrial supply items procured through the Grainger catalog. The transaction was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division and does not establish an ongoing performance period, as it constitutes a discrete offline sale purchase order completed on the award date.
