Contract 26236727

The State of Texas, Department of State Health Services (Agency 537) awarded contract TXMAS-25-45002 to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger on March 31, 2026. The contract covers the procurement of Grainger items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The total contract value is $2,421.21, consisting of two line items, each representing one unit of Grainger inventory. The purchase order was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division and is designated as a TXMAS contract type.

The specific products or services deliverable under this contract are not explicitly identified in the available documentation beyond their classification as "Grainger items" under NIGP Code 45000. The shipment destination is indicated as the United States. As a state purchase, the transaction is exempt from Federal Excise Taxes and applicable sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). Given the modest contract value and structure as an offline sale purchase order, this award appears to represent a single procurement transaction rather than an ongoing service or supply agreement with an extended period of performance.
