Contract 26234966

The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (K0940), a political subdivision of the State of Texas located in New Braunfels, awarded a purchase order (PO No. 26234966) to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger on March 31, 2026, under the TXMAS-25-45002 contract. The contract encompasses the procurement of goods classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The specific products ordered consist of two Grainger items, with the first line item valued at $137.47. Performance of this contract is scheduled for delivery to the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority's facility in New Braunfels, Texas.

The total contract value is $137.47, representing a single purchase order transaction. The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority exercised its Texas political subdivision status to claim exemption from federal excise taxes and state sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). While the government file references TXMAS as the contract type and indicates this procurement falls under an existing master agreement, the materials provided do not specify an extended performance period, suggesting this represents a discrete purchase order rather than an ongoing supply contract.
