Grainger items

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger received a purchase order award from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Agency 601, on March 31, 2026, under Contract TXMAS-25-45002. The contract is valued at $373.88 and encompasses Grainger Items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The single line item consists of one unit priced at $373.88. The contracting organization is TxDOT, a state agency of Texas, with the contractor's place of business located at 7950 Research Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78758-8425.

The purchase order represents an offline sale transaction issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division, with shipment designated to the United States. Specific commodity details and supplier part numbers are not itemized within the available documentation. The State of Texas claims exemption from state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4). The modest contract value and single-unit transaction structure indicate this is a routine procurement of goods or materials through the statewide procurement framework rather than a comprehensive service delivery contract.
