The awardee, located at 7950 Research Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78758-8425, is providing Grainger Items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The contract value is $74.68 for a single unit purchase order, with delivery to the United States. The State of Texas has asserted an exemption from federal excise taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the purchased items are designated for exclusive use by the State of Texas or a Texas political subdivision.

The purchase order (PO No. 26230909) represents a transactional offline sale with no option periods, renewals, or set-asides specified. The transaction was processed with internal tracking number 9749332459 and posted on the award date of March 31, 2026. Given the limited information provided regarding the specific nature of Grainger Items and the single-unit transaction structure, this award reflects a routine procurement of supplies or equipment through an established vendor relationship rather than a comprehensive service delivery contract.
