The cumulative contract value is $511.76, with no separate annual value or extended performance period identified in the documentation. As an offline sale purchase order, this transaction reflects the City of Kyle's utilization of existing state procurement schedules to acquire industrial supplies from an established vendor, consistent with standard municipal procurement practices in Texas.
