Contract 26228339

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a purchase order by the Texas Department of Transportation, Division 601, on March 30, 2026, under Contract TXMAS-25-45002. The prime contractor, located at 7950 Research Blvd., Austin, Texas 78758-8425, is supplying one Grainger Item (NIGP Code 45000) to the State of Texas at a unit price of $17.04, for a total contract value of $17.04. The shipment destination is designated as the United States, and the purchase order was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division.

This offline sale purchase order (PO No. 26228339) represents a single-line-item procurement with no option periods, renewals, or set asides referenced. The State of Texas claims exemption from federal excise taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). No specific period of performance beyond the award date of March 30, 2026, is documented in the available materials. The minimal contract value and limited line-item detail suggest this represents a routine, small-value procurement transaction rather than a comprehensive service or supply agreement.
