Contract 26226606

The City of San Antonio, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, issued Purchase Order No. 26226606 to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger on March 30, 2026, under the Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) contract framework (Contract No. TXMAS-25-45002). The procurement was processed through the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division. The contract calls for the delivery of one Grainger item classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000, with a total contract value of $2,820.94. The specific product or service description is not detailed in the available documentation beyond its generic Grainger item classification.

The purchase order is exempt from state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), reflecting its status as a procurement for the exclusive use of a Texas political subdivision. The product is to be shipped to a United States address designated by the City of San Antonio, which serves as both the billing and purchasing entity. No separate contract period of performance is specified in the award documents; the purchase order was issued and presumably fulfilled as an offline transaction on the award date of March 30, 2026.
