Contract 26219177

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a purchase order by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Agency 601, on March 24, 2026, under Contract TXMAS-25-45002. The contract is valued at $206.00 and encompasses the procurement of unspecified Grainger items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The supplier is located at 7950 Research Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78758-8425. As this award represents an offline sale purchase order rather than a comprehensive supply contract, the specific products or services procured are not detailed in the available documentation beyond the generic "Grainger Item" designation.

The purchase order, bearing Purchase Order Number 26219177, is exempt from Texas sales tax under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4) due to the exclusive use of the purchased goods by the State of Texas. The contract does not specify a formal period of performance or place of performance beyond the supplier's location in Austin. Given the limited contract value and the structure of this transaction as a single purchase order, this award represents a discrete, transactional procurement rather than an ongoing supply relationship.
