Contract 26218634

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger, an industrial supply contractor based in Austin, Texas, was awarded a purchase order by the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (Agency Code K0572) under the TXMAS-25-45002 statewide contract. The award was issued on March 24, 2026, with a total order value of $81.19. The purchase order (PO No. 26218634) is classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000 and comprises two line items identified as Grainger items, with specific commodity details not explicitly detailed in the available documentation.

Performance and delivery are to occur at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport location in Texas. The State of Texas claims an exemption from sales and federal excise taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the purchased items are for the exclusive use of a Texas political subdivision. The modest contract value and structure—with one line item priced at $81.19 and a second line item at no cost—suggests this represents a discrete, limited-scope procurement of industrial supplies rather than an ongoing service delivery arrangement.
