Contract 25216915

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) contract (No. TXMAS-25-45002) by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division (TDCJ ITD) on July 25, 2025. The contract involves the procurement of a single line item described as a "GRAINGER ITEM" with a unit price of $416.94, to be delivered to the TDCJ ITD Maintenance Depot located in Huntsville, Texas. The total contract value is $416.94, with the purchase being processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division.

The contract appears to be a direct purchase order under the state's multiple award schedule, leveraging a tax-exempt status for state government procurement. The document indicates the item will be shipped to the maintenance depot, suggesting it is likely an equipment or maintenance-related product sourced through Grainger's standard catalog offerings. The contract is structured as a single-line item purchase with no specified multi-year performance period, representing a discrete transactional acquisition by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's Institutional Division.
