Contract 25215881

The Trinity River Authority of Texas, a state agency, awarded a contract (TXMAS-25-45002) to W.W. Grainger, Inc., located in Austin, Texas, on July 31, 2025. The contract is structured under the Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS), a statewide procurement vehicle that enables governmental entities to efficiently purchase goods through a pre-negotiated contract mechanism. The specific purchase order (PO No. 25215881) is for a single Grainger item, with a unit price of $65.64, to be delivered to the Trinity River Authority's location in Arlington, Texas.

The contract, processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division, is tax-exempt under specific Texas Tax Code provisions. The total contract value is notably low at $65.64, suggesting this may be a specific, targeted procurement rather than a comprehensive, high-value contract. While detailed specifics about the exact Grainger item are not provided, the contract demonstrates the standardized approach Texas uses for state-level procurement, leveraging pre-established contract vehicles to streamline purchasing processes for governmental organizations.
