The order is processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division, with Sherry Campbell serving as the agency purchaser.

The purchase order specifies a delivery timeline of 4 days after receipt of order (ARO), with the expected delivery date of January 19, 2026. The transaction is tax-exempt under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), as the item is being secured for the exclusive use of the State of Texas. The contract appears to be a straightforward equipment procurement for TxDOT's operational needs, with a minimal contract value of $271.07.
