The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Agency 320, awarded a purchase order (PO No. 27000188) to VARI Sales Corporation of Coppell, Texas on September 2, 2026, under contract TXMAS-24-42502. The contract involves the procurement of three Sit-To-Stand Desk Converters, 30 inches wide in black finish (manufacturer part number 43457), at a unit price of $334.61 per unit for a total contract value of $1,003.83. The items are being procured for exclusive use by the State of Texas and will be delivered to the TWC office in Austin, Texas, with an approved receipt order delivery window of ten days and an expected delivery date of September 14, 2026.

This transaction represents a straightforward equipment purchase subject to a state sales tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The purchasing agent on record is Michael Kagan, with delivery coordination through Rebecca Ortiz at the TWC Austin location. The minimal contract value and single-line item structure indicate this is a routine procurement through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division, executed with no identified annual value or extended performance period beyond the initial delivery obligation.
