Contract 26330160

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (Agency 760), a state contracting organization in Texas, awarded contract 975-C1 to The Hertz Corporation, headquartered at 8501 Williams Road, Estero, Florida, on August 6, 2026. The contract was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division and is classified as a term contract under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 97514, commodity code "F." The initial purchase order (26330160) reflects a contract value of $206.80 for one unit with delivery scheduled for August 6, 2026.

The specific products or services to be delivered under this contract award cannot be conclusively determined from the available documentation. The contract materials reference commodity code "F" and NIGP Code 97514 but do not provide explicit line-item descriptions of the goods or services being procured. The minimal contract value, single-unit quantity, and zero-day advance receipt of order window suggest this may represent either a pilot order, supplemental procurement, or administrative transaction under a larger master service agreement, though the classification as a term contract indicates an ongoing commercial relationship between the parties.
