Standard Overnight

The Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (Agency 802) issued Purchase Order 26327103 to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. on August 4, 2026, for Standard Overnight delivery services under the existing term contract 962-C1. The order consists of a single unit of overnight shipping services with a total contract value of $22.70. Delivery was scheduled for August 4, 2026, with zero days advance required order notice. The contracting organization is located in Texas, and the order was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts—Statewide Procurement Division.

FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., headquartered at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, District of Columbia, served as the prime contractor for this purchase order. The State of Texas claimed exemption from all Federal Excise Taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the services were being procured for exclusive use by the State of Texas or a Texas political subdivision. The minimal contract value and single-unit scope indicate this purchase order represents a discrete shipping transaction rather than an ongoing service delivery arrangement.
