Priority Overnight

Terrell State Hospital in Texas awarded a contract to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. on August 4, 2026, for Priority Overnight delivery services. The contract, identified as 26321271, carries a total value of $198.46 and represents a single purchase order transaction rather than an ongoing term arrangement. FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., headquartered at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, District of Columbia, was tasked with providing one unit of Priority Overnight shipping services at a unit price of $198.46, with delivery specified for August 4, 2026, and the shipment destination designated as the United States.

The purchase order was issued under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 96224 and falls under Contract 962-C1, classified as a term contract. The State of Texas confirmed its sales tax exemption status on the transaction. No advance notice requirement was stipulated for this shipment, indicating immediate fulfillment was expected. Given the nominal contract value and discrete nature of the service requested, this award reflects a routine operational procurement by the state health facility rather than a significant service delivery engagement.
