Continental US Ground - OB

The State of Texas, through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (Agency 582), awarded a contract to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. for Continental United States Ground shipping services. This offline purchase order (No. 26320848) was issued on August 4, 2026, with a total contract value of $24.56. The prime contractor, FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., is headquartered at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, District of Columbia 20001. The procurement was executed under FedEx's existing term contract 962-C1 (National Institute of Governmental Purchasing Code 96224) through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts – Statewide Procurement Division.

The contract covers a single Continental United States Ground shipping service at a unit price of $24.56 per shipment. Performance was required on the award date of August 4, 2026, with zero days advance required notice. The State of Texas claimed exemption from Federal Excise Taxes and sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4) for this purchase of services for exclusive use by the state. The limited scope and nominal value of this purchase order indicate it represents a single shipping transaction rather than an ongoing service engagement.
