The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Agency 582, awarded a contract to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. for Continental US Ground shipping services. The contract, identified as 26319925, was executed on August 3, 2026, with a total contract value of $11.40. FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. is headquartered at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, District of Columbia 20001. The procurement was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division under NIGP Code 96224, classified as a term contract.

The contract deliverable consists of one unit of ground shipping services within the Continental United States, priced at $11.40 per unit. The delivery date and order placement date coincide on August 3, 2026, with zero days advance receipt of order time. As a state government procurement, the State of Texas claims exemption from Federal Excise Taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The minimal contract value and single-unit scope indicate this represents an isolated or supplemental shipping transaction rather than an ongoing supply arrangement.
