The purchase order constitutes a term contract for delivery services to be performed by the prime contractor, FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., exclusively for use by the State of Texas. The unit price for FedEx 2Day Service is $20.32. Given the minimal contract value and immediate delivery requirement, this procurement appears to represent a single shipment or isolated service event rather than an ongoing service relationship. No extended performance period beyond the award date of August 3, 2026, is specified in the available documentation.
