Standard Overnight

The Texas Department of Transportation (Agency 601), through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division, awarded a purchase order to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. for Standard Overnight delivery services under existing term contract 962-C1. The contract was awarded on August 3, 2026, with a cumulative value of $10.34, representing a single unit of overnight delivery service at a unit price of $10.34. The prime contractor, FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., is located at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, District of Columbia 20001.

The purchase order (PO No. 26319465) specifies delivery on August 3, 2026, with zero days allowed for arrival, indicating an expedited delivery requirement. The State of Texas claimed an exemption from Federal Excise Taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), confirming the procurement was for exclusive use by the State of Texas or a Texas political subdivision. The relatively minimal contract value suggests this represents a single shipment or transaction rather than an ongoing service engagement under the broader term contract framework.
