Continental US Ground - OB

The State of Texas, through the Texas Animal Health Commission (Agency 554), awarded a purchase order to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. on August 3, 2026, for Continental United States Ground Outbound shipping services under Contract 962-C1, classified as a term contract. The contract, identified as Purchase Order No. 26317264, specifies one unit of shipping services at a unit price of $23.93, with a total contract value of $23.93. FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., headquartered at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, DC 20001, is responsible for fulfilling the shipping requirements with a delivery date of August 3, 2026 and zero days advance notice of arrival.

The purchase order represents an offline sale transaction exempted from Texas sales tax under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the services are for the exclusive use of a state agency. No specific county of performance is identified in the contract documentation. The minimal contract value and singular line item indicate this represents a limited-scope shipping order rather than an ongoing supply or service agreement, though the underlying Contract 962-C1 is designated as a term contract structure.
