Contract 26269866

Conroe Independent School District (Conroe ISD - S1704) in Texas awarded a contract to TCI, a Huntsville, Texas-based contractor, for bus refurbishing services under Contract 928-T2. The award was issued on June 15, 2026, with an expedited delivery timeframe of one day and a scheduled delivery date of June 16, 2026. The contract encompasses 800 units of bus refurbishing services at a unit price of $1.00 per unit, resulting in a total contract value of $800.00. Performance and billing are directed to the district's Accounts Payable department located at 3205 West Davis Street in Conroe, Texas, with the purchasing agent identified as Katy Laborde.

The contract is structured as a term contract under Purchase Order No. 26269866, with the district benefiting from applicable Texas exemptions from Federal Excise Taxes and state and city sales tax obligations. As a purchase order issued to a prime contractor, TCI bears full responsibility for delivery and performance of the bus refurbishing services specified under the referenced term contract 928-T2. The minimal contract value and abbreviated performance period indicate this represents either an expedited procurement under an existing master agreement or a discrete service delivery requirement with an unusually compressed timeline.
