WorkQuest, Inc., an Austin, Texas-based contractor, received a purchase order award from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Agency 601, on July 21, 2026, under Contract 615-S1. The contract, valued at $8.44, covers the procurement of office supplies and associated transportation costs. The primary deliverable consists of one package of Recycled Mini Correction Tape 3-Pack manufactured by Skilcraft, priced at $3.44, with an additional transportation and freight charge of $5.00 to accommodate the order's small value.

Delivery of the materials is scheduled for August 4, 2026, with a 14-day delivery window from the purchase order date. The items are designated for delivery to Belinda Diaz in Fort Worth, Texas, with billing directed to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts—Statewide Procurement Division in Austin. The State of Texas has claimed exemption from Federal Excise Taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the property is being purchased for exclusive use by the state. Neal Dugas serves as the agency purchaser for TxDOT on this procurement action.
