Office Depot Brand Self-Adhesive Foam Boards, 20In X 30In, White, Pack Of 2

The Texas State Library and Archives Commission (contracting organization 306) awarded contract 27000788 to ODP Business Solutions, LLC on September 9, 2026. The prime contractor, located in Boca Raton, Florida, was tasked with supplying office supply materials consisting of six packs of Office Depot Brand Self-Adhesive Foam Boards (20 inches by 30 inches, white) at a unit price of $18.59 per pack. The total contract value is $111.54, with no sales tax applied due to the State of Texas's tax-exempt status. Performance of delivery was required within two days of award, by September 11, 2026, to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission at 1201 Brazos Street in Austin, Texas.

This purchase order represents a straightforward procurement of standardized office supply materials under a term contract arrangement. The transaction was processed under internal requisition number REQ0007754, with Benjamin Crowley designated as the acquiring agency purchaser contact. The compressed delivery timeline and modest contract value indicate this was a routine operational procurement to fulfill immediate material needs of the state library organization.
