The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (Agency 644) awarded a purchase order (26328792) to ODP Business Solutions, LLC on August 6, 2026, under statewide term contract 615-C1. The prime contractor, located in Boca Raton, Florida, supplied three packages of Brother P-Touch Tze-231 label tape (1/2 inch by 26-1/4 feet, white/black) at a unit price of $27.20 per package for a total contract value of $81.60. The delivery location was established at 3801 East Monte Cristo Road, Edinburg, Texas 78541, with expected delivery on August 10, 2026, within two days of the order placement.

This procurement represents a routine supply order processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division. The label tape was procured under the manufacturer part number TZE2316PKB, produced by Brother International Corporation. The State of Texas claimed a sales and excise tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). Given the minimal contract value and two-day delivery window, this transaction reflects a standard operational supply requirement for the juvenile justice facility.
