Canon 71 Black High Yield Toner Cartridge, 5646C001

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), awarded a purchase order to ODP Business Solutions, LLC for the supply of office equipment consumables. The contract, identified as 26308647, was executed on July 21, 2026, with a total value of $282.32. The purchase encompasses four units of Canon 71 Black High Yield Toner Cartridges (Model 5646C001) at a unit price of $70.58 each. Delivery is scheduled for July 23, 2026, to the Estelle Unit Supply facility located in Huntsville, Texas.

This procurement was executed under Contract 615-C1, a term contract with expedited delivery requirements. The purchase order was authorized by A. Fullen from the Correctional Training and Certification Division, with D. Ferguson serving as the agency contact. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice claimed exemption from sales and excise taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4) for this acquisition of tangible personal property designated for exclusive state use. The relatively modest contract value and expedited two-day delivery timeframe are consistent with routine office supply replenishment activities within the correctional facility system.
