The Texas Historical Commission (THC), a state agency headquartered in Austin, awarded a purchase order to ODP Business Solutions, LLC, a Florida-based company located in Boca Raton, under existing term contract 615-C1. The award, issued on June 11, 2026, covers the delivery of Hewlett-Packard printer ink cartridges for the THC's operational use, with an expected delivery date of June 15, 2026 (2-day delivery timeline). The contract value totals $321.64 and includes four units of HP 952XL High-Yield Black Ink Cartridges and two packs of HP 952 Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow Ink Cartridges. The site contact for the order is located at the THC's Clarendon facility, and the purchasing agent is Christie Spath from the commission's central office in Austin.

As a state political subdivision purchase, the Texas Historical Commission exercised a sales tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The modest contract value and short performance period reflect the routine, supply-based nature of this procurement, with ODP Business Solutions, LLC serving as the supply vendor under the pre-existing term contract framework.
