Chair Guest GXO chair, 24"W X 26 1/2"D X 36"H, Seat height 19", Black only and 2 more items

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), a state agency, awarded Contract 425-A8 to TCI, a contractor based in Huntsville, Texas, on August 27, 2025. The contract involves the procurement of a Guest GXO chair, specifically a black-colored seating solution measuring 24"W x 26 1/2"D x 36"H with a 19" seat height. The total contract value is $430.00, which includes the chair's base price of $415.00 and an additional $15.00 for inside installation services covering Councils of Governments (COGs) 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18.

The purchase order, processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division, stipulates a delivery date of November 25, 2025, with a 90-day after receipt of order (ARO) timeline. The contract leverages a state tax exemption under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), for the acquisition of tangible personal property. The procurement appears to be a targeted, low-value acquisition focused on providing specific seating infrastructure for state facilities within the designated COG regions.
