Printing of Business Cards

The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) awarded a term contract to Marfield, Inc., a contractor based in Carrollton, Texas, for the procurement of business cards through a statewide procurement mechanism. Specifically, the contract covers thermography printing services for one-color, one-sided business cards, with each box containing 250 cards and freight included. The contract was awarded on August 13, 2025, with a completion date of September 30, 2025, and a minimal contract value of $20.

The purchase order details indicate a unit price of $20.75 for one box of business cards, to be manufactured using 80# Accent paper with part number TCP 011. Delivery is scheduled for seven days after receipt of order (ARO), with the shipment directed to 1111 W North Loop Blvd in Austin, Texas, specifically to the attention of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) representative Angela Lundy. The State of Texas has claimed exemption from federal excise taxes for this procurement, and the contract appears to be a low-value, short-term engagement for specialized printing services.
