Express Saver

The State of Texas, through the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Community Justice Assistance division, awarded a term contract to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. for small package delivery services. The contract, designated as Term 26254725, was awarded on April 29, 2026, with a completion date of November 27, 2026. The prime contractor, FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., is located at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, D.C. The total contract value is $70.02.

Under this term contract, the contracting organization procured one unit of Express Saver shipping service at a unit price of $70.02. The purchase order was issued under the authority of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts – Statewide Procurement Division and is exempt from federal excise taxes and state and local sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the purchase is designated for exclusive use by the state or a Texas political subdivision. The relatively modest contract value and single line item suggest this represents a limited, point-in-time procurement of courier services rather than an ongoing operational requirement.
