Fedex 2Day Service

The State of Texas, through the Parks & Wildlife Department (Agency 802), awarded a term contract to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. for small package delivery services. The contract, identified as Term 26249466, was awarded on April 28, 2026, with a completion date of November 27, 2026. The prime contractor, FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., is located at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, District of Columbia. The contract encompasses FedEx 2Day Service delivery, with a total contract value of $11.06 for one unit at a unit price of $11.06.

The purchase order was issued through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division and billed to Vanessa Mendez in Texas. As a state entity, the Parks & Wildlife Department claimed exemption from federal excise taxes and state and local sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The minimal contract value and single line item suggest this represents an isolated procurement action or a nominal service arrangement under the broader term contract framework established between the State of Texas and FedEx Corporate Services, Inc.
