Priority Overnight

The State of Texas, through the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Community Justice Assistance division, awarded a term contract to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. for small package delivery services. The contract, designated as 962-C1, was executed on April 28, 2026, with a completion date of November 27, 2026, and carries a total contract value of $111.44. The line item specifies one unit of Priority Overnight shipping services at a unit price of $111.44 per shipment.

FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., located at 900 7th Street NW, Suite 550, Washington, District of Columbia, serves as the prime contractor for this engagement. The purchase order was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division under purchase order number 26249050. As a state entity, Texas is exempt from federal excise taxes and state and local sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The relatively modest contract value and single-unit scope indicate this represents a specific, time-limited shipment requirement rather than an ongoing service arrangement.
