Small Package Delivery Services

South Texas Community College, located in McAllen, Texas, has awarded a term contract (26016767) to FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. for small package delivery services. The contract, effective September 1, 2025, through November 27, 2026, specifically covers Standard Overnight shipping, with a per-unit pricing of $21.80 for each shipment. The contract is executed under the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division procurement framework.

The purchase order, identified as PO No. 26016767, is structured as a tax-exempt agreement under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), which confirms the transaction's status as a purchase for exclusive use by the State of Texas or a Texas political subdivision. The contract includes a single line item for Standard Overnight delivery services, with FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. serving as the prime contractor. The contract's cumulative value is reported as twenty-one dollars, though the annual pricing structure suggests this may be a minimum guarantee or partial representation of the total contract value.
