Contract 26245657

Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC has been awarded a term contract by Capital Area Rural Transportation Systems (K2273), a State of Texas agency located in Austin, to supply tires and tubes. The contract was awarded on April 27, 2026, with a completion date of June 30, 2027, and carries a cumulative contract value of $1,221.20. The purchase order, processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts—Statewide Procurement Division, is sourced under Contract 863-C1 (NIGP Code 86307) and specifies delivery of one unit of tire(s) to Capital Area Rural Transportation Systems at 2010 East 6th Street, Austin, Texas 78702.

The contract represents a single purchase order transaction with a unit price of $1,221.20 for the tire(s) to be delivered. As a term contract awarded through the State of Texas procurement framework, this agreement qualifies for applicable state and federal tax exemptions. The relatively modest contract value and limited scope of deliverables indicate this is a routine procurement for vehicle maintenance supplies by the contracting transportation agency.
