About this award
Precision Delta Corporation has been awarded a Term contract by the Texas Department of Public Safety (Contract Number 25034910) for the procurement of handgun, rifle, and shotgun ammunition. The contract, dated November 14, 2024, will run through February 28, 2026, with a cumulative value of $3,218.30. The award encompasses multiple United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC) categories, including metal, plastic, and steel shells or casings, as well as sporting ammunition.
The contract aligns with the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 68004 for Ammunition, indicating a specialized procurement for law enforcement or state agency requirements. Precision Delta Corporation will serve as the prime contractor, responsible for delivering ammunition products that meet the specified technical and performance standards required by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The relatively modest cumulative value suggests this may be a targeted, specific-use contract for a defined ammunition requirement.
