TD I-110 Speech Generating Device Part #: 113559

California's Public Utilities Commission awarded a contract to Tobii Dynavox LLC on June 4, 2026, for specialized communication and accessibility equipment. The contract, valued at $1,681.59, falls under the Telecom classification and encompasses the procurement of a TD I-110 Speech Generating Device (Part #113559) and a Speaker Phone unit (Part #1001558). The speech-generating device, priced at $6,768.25, represents the primary deliverable, while the speaker phone accessory is valued at $68.80. An insurance adjustment of -$5,685.33 was applied to the final contract amount.

Tobii Dynavox LLC, as the prime contractor, is responsible for delivery of these communication devices to support the Public Utilities Commission's operational requirements. The line-item structure suggests this is a single-purchase or spot-buy transaction rather than an ongoing service contract. No specific performance period or geographic location of performance is documented in the contract record. The modest final contract value relative to the equipment unit prices indicates the insurance adjustment significantly reduced the total procurement cost.
