DCR OUTER SHELL JACKET ONLY OD GREEN W/ STATE PATCH L/SL, DCR PATCH R/SLSize -- Large -- Who is this…

Howard Uniform Company has been awarded an Optional Statewide Contract (PO05040819) by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation, effective January 31, 2025, with a completion date of January 31, 2026. The contract involves the procurement of a specialized outer shell jacket for departmental personnel, specifically a large-sized, olive drab green jacket with state and departmental patches, to be delivered to Jennifer Huggins.

The contract's total cumulative value is $282.00, with a single line item priced at $282.47 for one jacket. The uniform will be manufactured and supplied by Howard Uniform Company under the terms of this optional statewide contract, which appears to be a targeted procurement for the Department of Conservation and Recreation's uniform requirements. The brief contract period of one year suggests this may be a specific, limited-scope uniform replacement or supplementation effort for the Virginia state agency.
