2026 New York State Fair blue ribbon sponsorship

The Vanguard Group Inc. has been awarded contract X26S132 by the New York Department of Agriculture & Markets - State Fair, effective June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. The contract carries a cumulative value of $50,654.00 and represents a one-year performance period. While the specific products and services to be delivered under this award are not detailed in the provided documentation, the contracting organization's identity as the State Fair division of the Department of Agriculture & Markets suggests the engagement likely relates to fair operations, agricultural promotion, or ancillary services supporting New York's state fair functions.

The contract award represents a commitment by the State of New York to engage The Vanguard Group Inc. as the prime contractor for the specified scope of work. Performance is expected to occur within New York State, with the contract execution and administration handled through the state's Department of Agriculture & Markets. The modest contract value and defined one-year term indicate this is a specialized or limited-scope engagement rather than a comprehensive, multi-year procurement. Absent additional documentation specifying deliverables, line items, or performance metrics, the precise nature of services cannot be determined from the available information.
