Back of house rehabilitation fire protection work at SPAC Amphitheater in Saratoga County

CONDOR FIRE SPRINKLER LLC has been awarded contract D006562 by the New York Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation with a cumulative value of $346.5K. The contract award was executed on September 4, 2026, with a completion date of March 4, 2028, establishing a performance period of approximately 18 months. The contracting organization's focus on parks, recreation, and historic preservation infrastructure suggests the work is likely related to fire suppression system installation, maintenance, or inspection services at state-managed facilities.

While the specific scope of work and places of performance are not detailed in the available documentation, the contract's assignment to a fire sprinkler specialist contractor indicates the delivery of fire protection services within New York State's park and recreation portfolio. The extended performance timeline and contract value are consistent with comprehensive fire safety system work across multiple state facilities or a single large-scale installation project. Additional documentation would be necessary to identify the specific locations, detailed deliverables, and performance metrics associated with this award.
