The contract carries a cumulative value of $65,000.00 and represents a one-year performance period. While the specific products and services to be delivered are not detailed in the available contract documentation, the engagement with Northwest Buffalo Community Center Inc.—a community-based organization—by the Office of Children & Family Services suggests the contract likely encompasses social services, youth programming, family support, or community-based childcare initiatives in the Buffalo, New York area. The modest contract value of $65,000.00 and community-focused contractor profile are consistent with localized service delivery models typical of state child and family services procurement.
