Local Assistance contract to allow the County to improve election Cybersecurity as required by HAVA. (State Funds)

The State of California, through the Secretary of State, awarded a Non-Information Technology Services contract for Subvention and Local Assistance to the County of Tulare on June 9, 2026. The contract is valued at $8,324.38 and falls under the Election Organization Services category (UNSPSC 93111608). As the prime contractor, the County of Tulare will serve as the primary entity responsible for performance under this agreement.

The specific scope of work relates to election organization services, which typically encompasses support activities related to electoral processes and administration. While the contract documentation does not explicitly specify the period of performance or detailed places of performance, the award structure indicates this is a subvention and local assistance arrangement between the state and county level. Additional contract details such as specific service deliverables, performance timeline, and performance locations would require review of the complete contract documentation to provide comprehensive specification.
