Eisel Consulting has been awarded a Non-IT Services consulting contract by the Office of Technology and Solutions I in California for organizational culture change training services. The contract was executed on May 1, 2026, and extends through April 30, 2028, with a total contract value of $50,000.00. The engagement encompasses three annual deliverables of organizational culture change training services spanning fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027, valued at $10,000, $20,000, and $20,000 respectively.

The contract represents a two-year performance period during which Eisel Consulting will provide consulting expertise in organizational culture transformation initiatives. While specific performance locations are not explicitly identified in the contract documentation, the services are procured by a California state entity. The structured annual approach to training delivery indicates a phased implementation of culture change programming, with escalated investment levels in the second and third years of the engagement.
