The State of California Department of Veterans Affairs awarded a Non-IT Goods contract (NON-IT Goods 0000074679) to CA Correctional Training Rehabilitation Authority on January 23, 2026, valued at $675. The contract encompasses the procurement of security envelopes, specifically 4-1/8 x 9 1/2 inch clean seal white envelopes supplied in boxes of 500 units. The awardee will deliver fifteen boxes (totaling 7,500 individual envelopes) at a unit price of $45 per box.

This procurement represents a one-time goods acquisition to support operational requirements within the State of California. The contract type classification as Non-IT Goods indicates that the deliverables are tangible office supplies rather than information technology equipment or services. No specific performance period or county designation is identified in the contract documentation, though the award date of January 23, 2026, serves as the contract execution date. The relatively modest contract value and nature of supplies suggest this is a routine administrative purchase to fulfill standard office supply needs within the contracting organization.
