Team Image Subscription - 750 Downloads/Month, Annual

Shutterstock Inc. was awarded contract CW35588 by the University of Nebraska Board of Regents for a Team Image Subscription service. The contract, valued at $7,075, provides digital stock photo services to multiple University of Nebraska campuses, including the University of Nebraska-Omaha (UNOP), University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), and University of Nebraska-Kearney (UNK). The subscription enables up to 15 authorized users to access 750 image downloads per month across digital platforms such as websites, online advertising, social media, and printed materials.

The contract, processed through the University's Procure-to-Pay department, has a performance period from September 12, 2025, to September 11, 2026. Initiated by Ryan Rothman from the University's Office of External Relations, this agreement consolidates previous separate campus Shutterstock contracts, resulting in estimated cost savings of approximately $20,000 over two years. The total contract value is $19,000 USD, with the current annual contract amount set at $7,075, representing a strategic approach to managing the University's digital imagery resources.
