The University of Nebraska-Lincoln issued Purchase Order 4800218149 to Newegg Business Inc. on July 15, 2026, for the procurement of four units of Western Digital Red Plus 2TB Network Attached Storage Hard Disk Drives at a total contract value of $767.96. The vendor, located in Diamond Bar, California, was required to deliver the equipment to UNL General Receiving at 1100 North 17th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, by July 28, 2026. Payment terms specified Net upon Receipt of Goods and Invoice, with freight prepaid to destination, and the transaction applied the university's tax-exempt status.

This straightforward goods procurement required Newegg Business Inc. to acknowledge acceptance within ten days and ensure the purchase order number appeared on all packages, invoices, and accompanying documentation. No option periods, renewals, or set-asides were noted in the contract. Payment was to be processed through Nebraska State Treasury warrants. The fourteen-calendar-day performance period reflects a standard expedited delivery timeline for information technology hardware acquisition by a state educational institution.
